We think our approachable and knowledgeable team is a real strength of our business:
Jon Pike – Jon is a Chartered Surveyor and Chartered Engineer and is a Director and Owner of Walter Lloyd Jones along with his partner Joanne. Born and brought up on the West Wales coast, Jon decided to return to Dolgellau with his young family to take on Walter Lloyd Jones after working internationally. He loves the landscape of Southern Snowdonia and its many unique properties and considers it a privilege to live and work in the area. He and Joanne live in Bontddu and their children attend Ysgol Bro Idris, where Jon is currently a governor.
Alun Pugh – Alun is the manager of our Dolgellau Office. A former policeman and now Magistrate he has a long connection with the communities in and around Dolgellau. He has built an outstanding knowledge of the property market in the area through 16 years with Walter Lloyd Jones and has developed a reputation for finding the right buyer for the right house.
Alun is assisted by Alison Jones who has work with us since 2014. Alison moved to the Dolgellau area over 20 years ago and now lives in Rhydymain with her partner. Before joining Walter Lloyd Jones Alison worked for Guthrie Jones and Jones in Dolgellau where she was able to develop a good understanding of the house buying process.
Our Dolgellau Office is also supported by Aerona Williams, Rob Jarvis and Joan Pugh.
Sandra Stevens – Sandra has been a resident of Barmouth for over thirty years and has managed the Walter Lloyd Jones office in Barmouth for much of that time. She has an unsurpassed knowledge of the properties and communities along the Cambrian coastline from Barmouth to Harlech.
