We think our approachable and knowledgeable team is a real strength of our business: 

 

Ryan Dorr MNAEA - Director - Ryan is a Director and owner of  Walter Lloyd Jones, covering our offices in Barmouth and Dolgellau. Ryan has over 10 years experience in the property industry and has lived in the area for over 15 years. A member of the National Association of Estate Agents, he carries out market appraisals and valuations. 

 

Alison Jones - Director - Alison is a Director and owner of Walter Lloyd Jones and has worked with us since 2014. Alison moved to the Dolgellau area over 20 years ago and now lives in Rhydymain with her partner. Before joining Walter Lloyd Jones Alison worked for a firm of solicitors in Dolgellau where she was able to gain valuable experience of the house selling and buying process. Alisons splits her time between both the Barmouth and Dolgellau Office and undertakes market appraisals. 

 

Jon Pike – Jon is a Chartered Surveyor and Chartered Engineer and is a Director of Walter Lloyd Jones. Born and brought up on the West Wales coast. Jon moved to Dolgellau with his family after a career in civil engineering. He is a Registered Valuer assisting with valuations. 

 

 

Dolgellau:

 

Rob Jarvis - Rob has worked with us since 2017. He is a long standing resident of the area, living on both sides of the Mawddach Estuary. He has extensive experience in sales and retail and can be found assisting with viewings in and around the area from our Dolgellau office. 

 

Rebecca Williams - Rebecca works from our Dolgellau office on a part time basis alongside her busy family life. Assisting with viewings and administration, she has a good local knowledge is available to assist buyers and sellers. 

 

 

Barmouth: 

 

Catrin Edwards - Office Manager - Catrin is a long standing member of the team with over 15 years experience with Walter Lloyd Jones. She currently works in our Barmouth office carrying out market appraisals, alongside her home life on a farm near Llanbedr. Catrin is fluent in Welsh and provides a good local knowledge of the area.
