    The Property
    Stone construction (no roof) possibly dating back to the 1700s. All walls are intact and appear to be in good condition. The west gable still has the original bread oven intact.

    The lean-to with a corrugated tin roof is currently used as a store room.
    Outside
    As the property is approached, on the right side of the drive is a level and productive allotment area. In the front of the cottage (south side) there is ample parking for several cars, plus a large court yard/ patio area. Behind the west gable can be found a raised terrace area while behind this is a mature woodland with a mix of oak, elm, ash and sycamore. Around to the north side of the property there is a good sized area which could be turned to lawn.
